Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychiatrist to join our team at the Department of State Hospitals-Coalinga. About the Position:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder.
  

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating medication, psychotherapy, and other interventions.
  

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychiatric treatment.
  

• Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
  

• Active medical license in California
  

• Board certification in Psychiatry
  

• DEA license
  

• BLS certification
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a state hospital or forensic psychiatry
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
  

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
