The entire members of the APC National Youth Caucus, congratulate Dr (Mrs) Virginia Emmanuel Ironbar on her appointment by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar Prof. Florence Obi as the Acting Director of Pre-Degree Programme, UNICAL.

In the congratulatory message, the State Youth Caucus Chairman Comrade Dunamis Archibong thanked the UNICAL VC for finding Dr Virginia worthy, stressing that Dr Virginia whom he knows by antecedent of performance, would deploy excellence in the Pre-Degree sector thereby changing the narrative therein.

He further stated that Dr Virginia would bring onboard her exceptional skills, usual dedication and unwavering commitment to public service in her new role.

He said “With joy we congratulate the wife of the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, a supersonic Lady of substance and unique leader Dr. (Mrs) Virginia Emmanuel Ironbar over her recent appointment.
