Comr. Julius Kijuo a one time faculty of Education President, University of Calabar and immediate pass Senior Special Assistant (SSA)on public Works to the Government of Cross River state has Congratulated ,Dr Virginia Ironbar the wife of the Chief of staff to Cross River state Governor in her recent appointment as acting Director of PRE-DEGREE programme, Unical.

His Statement reads: The appointment of Dr Ironbar is the best decision taken by the Vic- Chancellor, University of Calabar and management. I have known Dr Virginia right from my days as the faculty of Education President, she is one intelligent lecturer, humble with the desire to affect any student that comes her positively, she has been a good role model to the female gender as well as encouragement to them. her appointment will not just promote the programme, but add value in the university System, Kijuo further Stated.

The Award winning ex Student union leader further thank the Vic-Chancellor Prof. Florence Obi for finding Dr Virginia Ironbar worthy to serve in the portfolio.
