This poem shows the love for the moon. The poetess has used personification (a literary figure) in this poem to beautify the object.

A childish thought

Glittering moon smiles at me

When I behold it seems like,

It talks with me.

The moonlight of the adorable silver ball;

Gives beauty to the sky,

With innumerable gleaming stars

Embellish the galaxy above the sky.

The darkness is no more at night

Cause it is the full moon with million little stars.

A moment later the moving clouds arrive and hide the moon;

Make me sad and left me alone.

Somehow the fantasy of the moonlight;

Enhances the beauty of this life,

Not for long but it brings

Bliss to the dejected life.
