"The mentality I had was that if I entered and what I had, I had finished cooking it and I hadn't gotten to my 120 hours, I was going to be boiling hot water and pouring it for them to see on camera."

She said on 3FM's Sunrise Show with Helen Ampofo.

She further went on to say, "That is cooking. Is boiling not cooking? Is boiling hot water not cooking? She quizzed.

Talking about how prepared and determined she was, "Believe me, I was going to boil water. I had flavours and essences that I would have used, I had colour. There was no way I was saying I didn't have money to do this cook-a-thon project."

As an executive chef, she was most concerned about which food to be served and at what time of the day.

She entreated that we took our health serious by checking our diet.

"Being a chef, it shouldn't just be about food, is about the food you eat, the food at a particular time."

She chose not to serve TZ in the midnight.
