Washing the face, hands and feet is an important way of protecting the skin from infectious diseases. It is an obvious fact that most diseases enter the body via inhabiting the skin. Without doubt, regular wash is a good and simple method of prevention because the outer layer of the skin protects the body from foreign substances unless there is a crack in the skin. Unfortunately, these cracks usually occur due to a lack of hygiene. It accomplishes this by discharging sweat through the thousands of perspiration glands. Sweat contains salty and fatty substances. Once the liquid side of sweat evaporates, the oily and salty substances stick to the surface of the skin and block the tiny holes that the skin uses for discharging sweat. The sweating process continues, but the accumulation of unwanted substances begins to cause complications such as poisoning. This in turn causes various stomach problems. Without question, skin and fingernail sanitation is imperative for our health.
