  日本人はいつ頃から安全策が最上と考えるようになったのだろう？チャレンジしようとすると

「あいつはバカ者だ」

　というのが賢いと勘違いしている。

　受験においても不合格になるリスクを負って難関大学にチャレンジする子がいると

「大学なんかどこでもいいんだよ！」

　と言う子が現れる。そして、同調する子もたくさんいる。

　私はそういう“安全策”をとった子が就職試験やその後の出世競争から脱落していくのを見てきた。安全策が一番危険なのだ。

 When did the Japanese people start to think that safety measures are paramount? Whenever we try to take on a challenge
"He is a fool!“　is the wisest thing to do.


　In the case of entrance examinations, when there is a child who challenges a difficult university at the risk of being rejected, some kids will say,

 "I don't care where I go to college!"

　And there are many children who agree with them. 

　I have seen many children who took such a "safety measure" drop out of the job-hunting examinations and the subsequent competition for success in life. Safety measures are the most dangerous.
