The world is a marketplace where many buy and sell, but there's one who came into this marketplace to offer and give everlasting life; so rich, so priceless, so full, so free of charge. Find out who He is.
The world is a marketplace; where we buy, sell, inquire, require, and acquire all sorts of things, but none of these things can be taken out of the marketplace, for whatever is gathered in this marketplace must be scattered in this market place. We came into this marketplace with nothing, and we will go with nothing.
Beware! There are traders in this marketplace: namely, Satan and his cohort of demons, and they aim for the souls of men. They offer mankind the employment of sin, ungodliness, and reckless wickedness to give them the salary (wages) of death and hell, which is everlasting destruction. These traders sell the pleasures of sin at the expense of the souls of men: this is too expensive a price to pay; because all the treasure of this world (marketplace) is not worth a single soul. (Mark 8:36)
Be aware! There's one who came into this marketplace: He is good, He is kind, He is faithful and true, He is one of a kind; His name is Jesus Christ. The other traders in this marketplace came to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus Christ came to give you life and life more abundantly (John 10:10), and the life that Jesus Christ came to give is totally and completely free. It is not free because it is too cheap, but it is free because it is too priceless. The life of Jesus Christ is forever, so even after you leave this marketplace, you will yet live forever.
Jesus is calling you today in this market place saying: "come and buy my bread of life, my living water, my milk, and honey free of charge, and let your soul delight in abundance (Isaiah 55:1-10). If you will come and buy from Jesus Christ and live an everlasting life, say this short prayer from your heart and your mouth:
Lord Jesus Christ, I believe you are the Son of God, and I believe you came into this world to die for my sin; I believe that you rose up from the grave, and you are alive forever and ever, Amen. Lord Jesus, please forgive all my sins, wash me clean with your precious bloodshed on the Cross of Calvary, write my name in the Book of Life, fill me up with your Holy Spirit, and give me the grace to follow you for the rest of my days.
