　天才は、自由な雰囲気の中でこそ、自由に呼吸することができるのです。日本でも関東の開成、関西の灘は自由な校風で知られています。優秀な生徒を育てたかったら、好きにやらせるしかない。それだけが唯一の方法なんです。

　では、日本の多くの公立学校の実態はどうでしょう？「同じ制服を着ろ」「同じ靴をはけ」「同じ髪型をしろ」「同じ鞄を持て」「同じカリキュラムで勉強しろ」「勝手に進めるな」「同じ教材を使え」「同じテストを受けろ」。

　要するに、凡才の教師が天才の芽を組織的につぶしている。これでは優秀な生徒たちは日本を脱出して頭脳の流出が止まらないのは当たり前。日本だけが給料が上がらず二流国に転落していくのも当たり前だと思いませんか？

　とにかく、早急に「制服廃止」「部活の自由化」「ブラック校則の全廃」だけでも実現すべき。

　Genius can only breathe freely in a free atmosphere. In Japan, Kaisei in Kanto and Nada in Kansai are known for their free school culture. If you want to raise excellent students, you have to let them do as they please. That is the only way.



　Then, what about the reality of many public schools in Japan? They are told to "wear the same uniform," "wear the same shoes," "wear the same hairstyle," "carry the same bag," "study the same curriculum," "don't do whatever you want," "use the same materials," and "take the same tests.

　In short, mediocre teachers are systematically squashing the budding geniuses. It is no wonder that this does not stop the outflow of brains as the brightest students flee Japan. Is it any wonder that Japan is the only country where salaries are not rising and falling to a second-rate country?

　Anyway, we should realize "abolition of school uniforms," "liberalization of club activities," and "total abolition of black school rules" at least as soon as possible.

　文部科学省の科学技術・学術政策研究所（ＮＩＳＴＥＰ）は９日、日本などの世界主要国の科学技術に関する研究活動を分析した「科学技術指標２０２２」を公表した。他の論文に多く引用され、注目度のより高い論文を示す指標「Ｔｏｐ１％補正論文数」で、中国が米国を抜いて初めて１位となった。一方で、日本は１０位で過去最低。研究活動の国際的な地位低下を改めて示す結果となった。
