「京大医学部４名合格講師」による受験対策講座（１５８）

飛び抜けた能力、なじめない学校　文科省「ギフテッド」の子を支援へ

　「ギフテッド」と呼ばれる突出した才能を持つ子どもが円滑な学校生活を送れるよう、文部科学省は来年度から支援に乗り出す。周囲となじめず困難を抱える子のために、学習プログラムを展開するNPOなどの情報を提供。こうした子たちへの理解を深めるため教員の研修も充実させる。

「いらんことせんでよろし！」

　教員の研修って、要らないよ。私の教えている京大医学部医学科を受験した子たちは

「学校から出来るだけ早く解放してほしい」

　というのが共通点だった。

　教師が指導したくても、能力が無いのだから生徒からお断りという状態だった。普通に考えて、京大に落ちた先生（受けることすら出来なかった先生）が京大で最難関の医学部を受験する生徒の指導は出来ないし、生徒も信用しないから「教師―生徒」関係が成立しない。

　いらんことせんでいいので、部活は自由化して帰宅させて自分の好きなように勉強させるのが一番。指導者として認める先生が、予備校や塾にいたらそちらに通うから黙って見ていればヨロシ。

　was the common denominator.

　Even if the teachers wanted to teach them, the students refused because of their lack of ability. In a normal situation, a teacher who failed Kyoto University (or who could not even take the entrance exam) would not be able to teach students who are taking the entrance exam for the most difficult medical school in Kyoto University, and students would not trust him, so a "teacher-student" relationship would not be established.

　It is best to liberalize club activities and let them go home to study as they wish. If there is a teacher at a prep school or cram school who is recognized as a leader, they will go there, so just keep your mouth shut and watch.
