「京大医学部医学科」合格者の言ったこと（承）

　ここ中京地区（三重県北部）で最難関というと京大医学部医学科なのだけど、通塾生だけでは経営が成り立たない。地元でトップ高校の東海高校でも、京大の合格者は毎年３０名ほど。医学部医学科というと数えるほど。

　そこで、通信添削コースを作って指導対象を全国にすることにした。

〇「Z会」を８年間やって分かったこと

　最初にやったのは、定評のある「Z会」の京大即応コースをやって添削の方法を盗もうと思った。やってみて分かったことが３つ。

１，誰が添削しているか分からない

　　毎回違う人の印鑑が押してあった。この人たちの英語力が自分より上か確認できない

２，質疑応答ができない

　　減点されたり訂正してあっても納得がいかないことが多かった。でも、質問できない

３，受講料が高い

　　講師の添削料の他にZ会という組織の維持費が上乗せされている。

　そこで、私は自分が英検１級、通訳ガイドの国家試験などに合格していることを公表した。そして、チャットワークを使って減点理由などの質疑応答を無制限に受け付けることにした。講師と直接取引だから、大規模添削会より安く料金を設定した。

　Here in the Chukyo area (northern Mie Prefecture), the most difficult school to get into is the Kyoto University School of Medicine, but the school cannot be run by commuting students alone.

   Even at Tokai High School, the top high school in the area, only about 30 students pass the entrance exam for Kyoto University every year. The number of students who are accepted to Kyoto University's medical department is a mere fraction of the number of students at Tokai High School.

　Therefore, the company decided to create a correspondence course and expand the scope of instruction nationwide.

What I learned after 8 years of working with "Z-kai“
　The first thing I did was to steal the method of correction by doing the Kyoto University Readiness Course of "Z-kai," which has an established reputation. There are three things I found out after doing it.

1, You never know who is correcting your work.
　　Each time, a different person's seal was stamped on the paper. I can't confirm if these people's English skills are better than mine.

2、No question and answer session.
　　There were many times when I was not satisfied with the marks deducted or corrections made. But I couldn't ask questions.

3，The course fee is expensive.
　　In addition to the instructor's correction fee, the maintenance fee of the Z-kai organization is added to the tuition.

　Therefore, I announced that I had passed the Eiken Level 1, the national exam for interpreter guides, and so on. Then, I decided to accept an unlimited number of questions and answers about the reasons for point reductions, etc. using chat work. Because I dealt directly with the instructor, I set the fee lower than that of a large correction session.
