For example, if you are walking, look at the leaves of trees, flying bird, shadows on the road, etc. That is, you need to completely get rid of triggers in your head and notice the space.

And at some point you will get information - pictures or ideas👁

If the information is not coming yet, then just start thinking about your desires. Imagine how you have what you want and what emotions you have because of it. Feel the emotions…

But! After that, it is very important to ground yourself, because you are working with energies on the subtle plane. You can “fly away" to spirituality, dream everything, but it will not start being a reality, because these are completely different energies.

Therefore, after (or in the process of dreaming) it is good to:

♦️go for a massage;

♦️work physically;

♦️have a glass of wine, it also helps to ground (but do not abuse it).

1. Are in a trance.

2. Immediately ground the energies via running.

3. Come home and realize ideas that they “saw” - act.

That’s why, ideally, you dream during a long walk or doing exercise. The energy is immediately converted to material, and your wishes will come true faster.
