　私も若い頃はお金が無くても気にしなかった。怖いものなど何もなかったので、無謀にも頭金なしで土地２００坪を２０年ローンで購入して塾まで建てた。今なら怖くで絶対にできない。

　それでも、バブルのお陰で何とか返済できた。もちろん、２０代の若者に連帯保証人なしの融資をする銀行はない。両親の土地と建物が担保に入っていたから、私が失敗したら両親まで路頭に迷うことになった。

　娘が三人いたから死に物狂いで働いた。

　しかし、そんな私を背後から撃ってきたのが元奥さん。仕事と自分とどちらが大切かって、よくあるパターンだよね。

　When I was young, I didn't care if I had no money. I had nothing to be afraid of, so I recklessly bought 200 square meters of land without a down payment with a 20-year loan and even built a cram school. Now, I would never do that because I would be too scared.



　Still, thanks to the bubble economy, I managed to repay the loan. Of course, no bank would give a loan to a young man in his 20s without a co-signer. My parents' land and buildings were collateral, so if I had failed, they would have been left on the street as well.
