  日本人は規則が大好きだ。それは、学校の校則を見れば分かる。下着の色や髪の色まで細かく束縛したセクハラまがいのブラック校則がいつまで経っても廃止されない。そして、それに従うように同調圧力がハンパない。

　織田信長はスペイン・ポルトガルとの南蛮貿易で多くを学んだ。明治維新では日本はイギリス・フランスから圧力を受け多くの技術を学んだ。第二次世界大戦では、アメリカから多くの考え方が導入された。

　つまり、自分で自分を変える力がない。

　受験指導の場でも、多くの生徒は「必勝の規則」を求めてくる。「何をどうすれば合格できるのか」という法則を求めてくる。そんなものありはしないのに。多様性を認めると言っても日本では上っ面。みんな同じでないと許さない空気こそが問題なのに。

 Japanese people love rules. This can be seen in school rules. Black school rules, which are akin to sexual harassment, and even restrict the color of underwear and hair color in detail, have not been abolished. And the peer pressure to follow them is unbearable.



　Nobunaga Oda learned a lot from the Nanban trade with Spain and Portugal. In the Meiji Restoration, Japan learned a lot of technology under pressure from England and France. In World War II, many ideas were introduced from the United States.



　In other words, they do not have the ability to change themselves.



　Even in exam guidance, many students ask for "winning rules. They want to know what they must do to pass the exam, even though there is no such thing. There is no such thing. In Japan, diversity is only a superficial thing. The problem is the atmosphere that does not allow everyone to be the same.
