
Here are some tips on how to stay healthy and fit:
1. Eat nutritious foods rich in vitamins, such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc.
2. Avoid eating junk food or salty foods.
3. Drink 8–10 glasses of water every day.
4. Have an exercise
5. Sleep 8–10 hours a day.
6. Meditate and pray.
7. Be happy and positive.
Physical activities such as those outdoors (jogging, playing badminton, volleyball, basketball, etc.) and indoors (doing household chores, playing board games, playing instruments,yoga, etc.) will improve your emotional and mental health, specifically your physical features.
Staying healthy is a daily practice. It takes dedication, hard work, focus, and patience to be physically fit. Building your health and wellness will lead you to a peaceful and happy life.
