"It is not possible to succeed in all fields through education alone."

It is true that through education every person can qualify.

But in all cases it is not possible to succeed through education alone.

There are some areas that require more qualifications and skills in addition to education.

When a person is educated, he is established as a person of honor.

But in many cases that education and respect is not enough.

Especially in practical life, there are many areas in which one has to establish oneself by struggling along with education.

For example, in politics, some people do not give their position just because of education. For this, an educated person has to struggle and establish himself in politics.

Even if an uneducated politician respects an educated person, he will never say in his position, "Sir, you are educated. Now take my political position and power. Through this you become an MP or Minister."

On the contrary, when an uneducated politician sees an educated person trying to take his position, he says, "Educational qualification is just a piece of paper. Why should I give my political position to someone else for this paper?"

Even in the workplace, some people do not leave the position just because of education, if the educated person does not have the skills.

Therefore, before being educated, it should never be thought that, after being educated, it will be possible to get one's own position only because of education.

So every student must keep in mind that, in addition to education, skills must be acquired.

And in all cases where education requires skills, money and ability, it is dangerous to seek a position with education alone.

Education alone is never enough to win power and political conflict in particular. In addition to education, money, skills and personal abilities are required to be successful in this field or to take one's own position.

Otherwise, there is a strong possibility of being defeated by a political opponent.

So if you do not have enough money, skills and personal abilities without education, then it is better to refrain from political and power conflicts.

In this way, it is possible to keep the educational qualifications safe.

"শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে সকল ক্ষেত্রে সফল হওয়া সম্ভব না।"

এটা সত্য যে শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি যোগ্যতা অর্জন করতে পারেন।

তবে সকল ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে সফল হওয়া সম্ভব হয় না।

কিছু ক্ষেত্র আছে, যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষা ছাড়াও আরো অনেক যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতার প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।

একজন ব্যক্তি শিক্ষিত হলে তিনি এমনিতেই সম্মানের পাত্র হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হন।

কিন্তু অনেক ক্ষেত্রে সেই শিক্ষা ও সম্মান যথেষ্ট হয় না।

বিশেষ করে প্রাকটিক্যাল লাইফ এ অনেক ক্ষেত্র আছে যেগুলোতে শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি স্ট্রাগল করে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে হয়।

যেমন রাজনীতিতে শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষার কারণে কেউ কেউকে নিজের পজিশন দিয়ে দেন না। এর জন্য শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিকে স্ট্রাগল করে নিজেকে রাজনীতিতে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে হয়।

এমনকি কোন শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিকে অশিক্ষিত রাজনীতিক সম্মান করলেও নিজের পজিশন দিয়ে কখনই বলেন না,"স্যার, আপনি শিক্ষিত হয়েছেন।এখন এই নিন আমার রাজনৈতিক পজিশন ও ক্ষমতা। এর মাধ্যমে আপনি এমপি মন্ত্রী হয়ে যান।"

বরং উল্টো যখন কোন অশিক্ষিত রাজনীতিক দেখেন, শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তি ওর পজিশনটা নিয়ে নিতে চাচ্ছেন, তখন বলে বসেন,"শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা তো একটা কাগজ মাত্র। এই কাগজের জন্য আমার রাজনৈতিক পজিশন ক্ষমতা আরেকজনকে আমি কেন দিয়ে দেব?"

এমনকি কর্মক্ষেত্রেও শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষার কারণে কেউ কেউকে পজিশন ছেড়ে দেয় না, যদি সেই শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তির কর্মদক্ষতা না থাকে।

তাই শিক্ষিত হওয়ার আগে এটা মনে করা কখনই উচিত হবে না যে, শিক্ষিত হওয়ার পর সর্বক্ষেত্রেই শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষার কারণে নিজের পজিশন পাওয়া সম্ভব হবে।

তাই প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে এটা অবশ্যই মনে রাখতে হবে যে, শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে হবে।

এবং যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি দক্ষতা, টাকা ও ক্ষমতার প্রয়োজন আছে, সে সকল ক্ষেত্রে কখনই শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষা দিয়ে পজিশন নিতে চাওয়া রীতিমত বিপজ্জনক ব্যাপার।

বিশেষ করে ক্ষমতা ও রাজনৈতিক দ্বন্দ্বে বিজয়ী হওয়ার জন্য শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষা কখনই যথেষ্ট না। এরকম ক্ষেত্রে বিজয়ী হওয়ার জন্য অথবা নিজের পজিশন করে নেওয়ার জন্য শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি অবশ্যই টাকাপয়সা, দক্ষতা ও ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষমতার অবশ্যই প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।

তা না হলে, রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষের দ্বারা পরাজিত তো বটেই, রীতিমতো হেয় হওয়া প্রবল সম্ভাবনা থাকে।

তাই যদি শিক্ষা ছাড়া টাকাপয়সা, দক্ষতা ও ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষমতা যথেষ্ট পরিমাণে না থাকে, তাহলে রাজনৈতিক ও ক্ষমতার দ্বন্দ্ব থেকে নিজেকে বিরত রাখাই শ্রেয়।

মূলত এভাবে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতাকে নিরাপদে রাখা সম্ভব।
