🌟 The importance of formal education ✒

There is an importance of education through which any person can acquire knowledge and make his future life happier and richer.

Anyone who is very poor in backward village can make their life happier and richer through formal education.

Because by getting formal education, even the poorest people of backward village can become senior official in government jobs and make their life happier and richer.

The opportunity to be happy and prosperous of formal education is available to all, rich and poor, urban and rural.

🌟 Risks of formal education ✒

But there are many risks to formal education.

A person has to study for at least fifteen to sixteen years to get a government job or a private job through formal education. There is no guarantee that a person who has studied for fifteen or sixteen years can become a senior government official or a senior private official.

Yes, it is true that every person can get some kind of employment after getting formal education. And can be established in one's own case. However, there is no guarantee that he will be able to live an abundant and prosperous life.

Very few of the formally educated people can be senior government officials. Many of the other formally educated people work in the private sector.

But not all prosperity and abundance are equal. There are many who, despite being educated in higher education, cannot completely free themselves from poverty and deprivation.

These are the risks of formal education.

But if a person earns money by moving to a developed country for fifteen or sixteen years without getting formal education or doing business in his own country, he can earn enough money even if he is not formal educated.

It is free from the risk of formal education. That is, a person can enrich and enrich his life without being educated in formal education.

So, there is no reason to think that one's life will be rich and prosperous only if one is educated in formal education.

In fact, if educated, there is a possibility of becoming a senior government official. But there is no guarantee of being rich and abundant.

প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার গুরুত্ব

শিক্ষার এমন এক গুরুত্ব রয়েছে, যার মাধ্যমে যে কোনো ব্যক্তি জ্ঞান অর্জন তো বটেই নিজের ভবিষ্যৎ জীবনকে আরো সুখী ও সমৃদ্ধ করে তুলতে পারেন।"

একদম অজ পাড়াগাঁয়ের হতদরিদ্র যে কোন ব্যক্তি প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে নিজের জীবনকে আরো সুখী ও সমৃদ্ধ করতে পারেন।

কেননা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা অর্জনের মাধ্যমে অজ পাড়াগাঁয়ের হতদরিদ্র মানুষও সরকারি চাকরি নিয়ে বড় কর্মকর্তা হয় নিজের জীবনকে আরো সুখী ও সমৃদ্ধশালী করতে পারেন।

এ রকম সুখী ও সমৃদ্ধশালী হওয়ার সুযোগ-সম্ভাবনা ধনী-গরীব, শহুরে অথবা গ্রাম্য সকল মানুষের জন্যই রয়েছে।

প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার ঝুঁকি

কিন্তু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার অনেক ঝুঁকি রয়েছে।

কোন ব্যক্তিকে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা অর্জনের মাধ্যমে সরকারি চাকরি অথবা বেসরকারি চাকরি পেতে হলে অন্তত পনের - ষোলো বছর পড়াশোনা করতে হয়। এই পনের - ষোলো বছর পড়াশোনা করে কোন ব্যক্তি যে সরকারি বড় কর্মকর্তা অথবা বেসরকারি বড় কর্মকর্তা হতে পারবেন, এর কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নাই।

হ্যাঁ এটা সত্য যে, প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা অর্জন করলে প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি কোন না কোন কর্মসংস্থান গ্রহণ করতে পারেন। এবং নিজের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে পারেন। তবে তিনি যে প্রাচুর্যময় ও সমৃদ্ধশালী জীবন যাপন করতে পারবেন, এর কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নাই।

প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিদের মধ্যে খুব কম ব্যক্তি সরকারি বড় কর্মকর্তা হতে পারেন। বাকি অন্যান্য প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিদের অনেকেই বেসরকারি চাকরি করেন।

কিন্তু সকলের সমৃদ্ধি ও প্রাচুর্য সমান হয় না। অনেকেই আছেন যিনিরা উচ্চশিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হয়েও নিজেদের দারিদ্র ও অনটন থেকে পুরোপুরি মুক্ত হতে পারেন না।

এগুলো হচ্ছে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার ঝুঁকি।

কিন্তু কোন ব্যক্তি প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা অর্জন না করে পনের - ষোলো বছর যদি উন্নত দেশে গমন করে টাকা অর্জন করেন অথবা নিজের দেশে ব্যবসা করেন, তাহলে শিক্ষিত না হলেও যথেষ্ট টাকা উপার্জন করতে পারেন।

এটা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার ঝুঁকি থেকে মুক্ত। অর্থাৎ কোন ব্যক্তি প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত না হয়েও নিজের জীবনকে সমৃদ্ধ ও প্রাচুর্যময় করতে পারেন।

তাই প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হলেই যে নিজের জীবন সমৃদ্ধ ও প্রাচুর্যময় হবে, এটা মনে করার কোন কারন নাই।

প্রকৃতপক্ষে শিক্ষিত হলে সরকারি বড় কর্মকর্তা হওয়ার একটা সম্ভাবনা থাকে। কিন্তু সমৃদ্ধ ও প্রাচুর্যময় হওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা থাকে না।

অতএব প্রত্যেক শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিকে এই বিষয়টা বুঝে নেয়া দরকার যে, শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার উপর নির্ভর করে নিজের জীবনকে সমৃদ্ধ ও প্রাচুর্যময় করার নিশ্চয়তা থাকে না।©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
