EXCO RESOLUTIONS Ebonyi State Executive Council Meeting took place today at Exco chambers, the new government house, Abakaliki, the state capital. Chairman of the Council, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru. 1. Before proceeding to the issues of the day, the Council received the report of the Committee on Ebonyi Fertilizer Plant.
