Benefits of Exercise - Exercise
I’ve been writing about benefits of exercise for a long time - and over the past few years, I have made it my business to find the best, Exercise most effective ways to get fit. But there are so many things that could be said about this topic. In a nutshell, here are some of them:
1) We all need to exercise in one way or another. Whether we’re talking about walking up a flight of stairs, playing tennis or lifting weights, it’s hard not to know that we can do some good by getting our bodies moving.
2) There are lots of different types of exercise. There is cardio (which runs down your legs), strength training (which works muscles at their largest size) and yoga or Pilates (which is a great way for your body and mind to work together). All three will help you feel better; but these are just different ways of saying the same thing: calories burned, muscles worked out and improved cardiovascular health all lead to feeling happier, more energetic and generally more well-being.
3) Exercise isn’t always just about getting fit. For people who are overweight or obese - they don’t necessarily need to lose weight in order to do any good. They may still have heart disease or simply be less healthy than they would like because their bodies aren't functioning optimally (if they even have any health problems at all). So when you get fit doing something that improves your well-being without having an immediate impact on weight loss, you should also consider yourself as being healthy and fit!
4) Some people never really lose weight no matter how hard they try; this is because as humans we tend to put fitness into categories like- “cardio + strength training = skinny” or “weight maintenance = thin” instead of thinking clearly about what it means for us overall (and the better way). And even if you never lose weight, exercising regularly can make you feel better mentally and physically , Exercise which can make you enjoy life more in general - which will make you want to keep going!
5) Exercising on your own makes sense when it comes to: • You don't want anyone else around to see how unfit/unhealthy/obese/lazy/stupid you really are
(this has happened before with me!) • You don't have friends who might be competing with each other
What is Exercise?
For those of you who are not familiar with the term “exercise”, here is a brief definition:Exercise benefits• Improves your health and well-being: The daily exercise in the form of brisk walking or running helps to maintain healthy body weight. It also helps to improve the functions associated with the cardiovascular system, such as blood circulation, oxygen consumption, and muscle strength.• Gives you energy: The improvements in your energy levels and moods after workouts can also be attributed to this aspect of exercise. The increased heart rate and blood flow that are generated by exercise will give you a boost in your overall mental and physical state.A study conducted by researchers from the United States found that runners who performed at least 15 minutes of treadmill walking three times a week for three weeks had shown significant increases in aerobic capacity and muscular strength compared to their non-exercising counterparts.• Reduces stress: Exercising regularly is said to help reduce stress levels. It does this through increasing levels of serotonin Exercise (the “feel good” hormone) as well as improving mood as measured by depression scales. In addition, it also boosts immunity which can have positive effects on your performance at work or at home.• Strengthens bone health: Regular exercise helps prevent osteoporosis which is a condition in which bone fractures are caused by loss of bone mass (due to lack of calcium or low amounts of calcium). This process occurs primarily during aging because bones tend to lose their elasticity due to wear and tear over time. Exercise is thus an effective way for stimulating bone density and building up stronger bones. By doing so, it can prevent premature aging that could lead to arthritis later on in life!
