
Trying things we've never done can be scary because we don't know what to expect. But it's okay to feel scared. The trick is to think of new experiences like chances to learn and grow. Start with small steps, celebrate when things go well, and learn from mistakes. Having friends or family cheering you on helps a lot. Picture yourself doing well and enjoy the journey, even if it's a bit tough. Overcoming the fear of trying new things can change you and help you discover cool things about yourself.
