The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) marked another milestone with the successful conclusion of the Calabar Engineering Week Workshop held on Thursday, 7th December 2023, at the Calabar Engineering Center Parliamentary.

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the University of Calabar, the Dean, Engr. Dr. Prof. Odey Ade Osha who's pushing so hard for the Faculty undergoing accreditation, received high commendations for an exemplary role for delivering an excellent Public Lecture and recognized with a well-deserved award for outstanding contributions to the field.

The highlight of the workshop was an incredible and insightful Public Lecture, focusing on the nuances of Cement Manufacturing. Attendees were treated to a wealth of knowledge as the lecture delved into crucial aspects of the industry. The Dean's award further emphasizes the commitment of UNICAL to fostering excellence in engineering education.

The NSE expresses heartfelt congratulations to the Dean and the entire team at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, UNICAL, for their dedication and efforts in making the Calabar Engineering Week Workshop a resounding success.
