the health workers have been fighting and striking upon their hazard allowance in the country, but the government were confused too when the doctors in the hospital speaking against other departments that they should be paid less hazard allowance because they don't come in contact with the patients.

But the question is every body is within the hospital premises starting from the hospital security and also no constitution or rule that says there is clinical and non- clinical staff in the hospital.
