Heartbreak Remains

A piercing pain, a shattered sigh Promises broken, a foolish lie A blurry vision, a deep regret A heavy heart that can't forget The sweet romance of days long gone Leads only to feeling so all alone Dreams shattered, sincere love betrayed Igniting sorrow, emotions frayed Restoring hope is a hard battle Aching loneliness, a difficult jostle Nostalgic moments, vivid agonies A broken heart that still mem’ries An empty space, an impermanent bliss The pain of sorrowful heartbreak remains.

Lies

Grasses claim to be as tall as an iroko Ants claim to be as big as an elephant. The antelopes thinks they are lions. The weak feel they are strong The prey believe they are predators Everyone lives in their own fictional world, But only the strong minded know How to differentiate dreams from reality You talk about your Non existential achievements. The all wish

I wrote this piece to remind myself and everyone that is reading this of how powerful and immaculate we are.it is a form self introspection and therapeutic interlude i engage with my higher self.The inspiration mostly brew from my contemplation of the nature of duality. He was so proud of his little girl. It was her very first day of school. He walked with her to school that day, And she held his hand all the way. They walked together quiet and sad, A little girl and her loving dad. Into the school her father led, But he almost cried when she said, "Daddy, Daddy, please don't go. Don't leave me here all alone. I'll miss you if you go away, And I might need you; can't you stay?" "Little Daughter, please don't cry. You'll be okay, so dry your eyes. You have our memories in your heart. We're together though we're apart." He sat up front on her wedding day And cried as his daughter walked away. Later that night he watched her dance. He sat there waiting for his chance. The band started to play their song. Father and daughter danced along. She looked at him and saw a tear Then leaned and whispered in his ear, "Daddy, Daddy, I have to go. I hate to leave you all alone. I'll miss you when I go away, But if you need me then I'll stay." We're together..."

The society

A society created for order. All wars have been settled and there is peace. Only clear skies ahead for this community. But that is not how it goes. In the so called order, there is chaos. In the proclaimed peace there is conflict. Within this society there is division, And all are not united. A society should be either white or black, But there is a plethora of grey. Good and evil, mix together till they are indistinguishable. The society can never be perfect, It can never be truly clean.
