The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), Nigeria Special Monitoring Mission, is pleased to announce the appointment of 

Cross River State Coordinator / Zonal Volunteer Coordinator

The appointment reflects the Commission's confidence in his leadership capacity, dedication to humanitarian service, commitment to human rights advocacy, and contributions to community development through media, public engagement, and volunteerism.

As State Coordinator and Zonal Volunteer Coordinator, Ambassador Ettah Emmanuel O. will oversee the coordination of IHRC activities across Cross River State, strengthen volunteer networks, promote human rights awareness, facilitate community outreach programmes, and foster strategic partnerships with government institutions, civil society organisations, traditional leaders, and development stakeholders.

Speaking on the appointment, the leadership of the Commission expressed optimism that Ambassador Ettah Emmanuel O. will play a vital role in advancing the objectives of the IHRC within the state and contribute significantly to the promotion of peace, justice, human dignity, and sustainable development.

In his acceptance remarks, Ambassador Ettah Emmanuel O. expressed gratitude to the leadership of the International Human Rights Commission for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to serve with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and dedication.
