The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), Nigeria Special Monitoring Mission, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ambassador Ettah Emmanuel O. as the Cross River State Coordinator / Zonal Volunteer Coordinator.

As State Coordinator and Zonal Volunteer Coordinator, Ambassador Ettah Emmanuel O. will oversee the coordination of IHRC activities across Cross River State, strengthen volunteer networks, promote human rights awareness, facilitate community outreach programmes, and foster strategic partnerships with government institutions, civil society organisations, traditional leaders, and development stakeholders.
