Female education in Pakistan

WOMEN EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PAKISTAN.

WOMEN EDUCATION IN PAKISTAN ----------------------------------------------------------- An expected 22.5 million children in Pakistan are disadvantaged of education, the bulk of whom are girls. Providing education to women is an vital right in feminism, as being educated is very critical for society and its offspring but unfortunately Pakistan is facing difficulties in educating women since the race of life of women. They are not able to get proper education. About 70% of the population lives in rural areas and mostly girls in rural areas, there are only primary schools for girls as compared to boys who have high and higher secondary schools.Parents do not send their daughters to school due to lack of education and awareness. They get them married at an early age. They think that a woman should stay at home and serve the family. Another reason may be that parents are often reluctant to send their daughter's to school because of distance, negative infrastructure, safety and protection concerns, and shortage of facilities such as bathrooms in schools. This is a specific concern in rural regions where there's low provision of schools for females.Islam teaches its followers that knowledge It is the duty of every Muslim to get it but unfortunately this golden saying has been completely forgotten in the case of women (specially in Pakistan).
