Body is just like a cloth of the soul nothing more than thisand nothing less. You are god’s creature. You are lovely and beautiful if you have good soul which is beyond this nature. Oh man connect your soul with god due to which we came to meditate

Why are you in this world?

Why are you in this world? Who has created you? Allah said, Or were they created without an origin or did they create (themselves)? (Surah at Thur: 25) Allah is our creator and the creator of all things. Allah says, Allah is the Creator of all things and He is the Sustainer of all things (Surah az Zumar: 62). Then what did Allah create us for? Allah says, And I did not create the jinn and mankind but that they should serve Me alone. (Surah adz Dzariyat: 56)

A man’s favorite donkey falls into a deep precipice. He can’t pull it out no matter how hard he tries.He therefore decides to bury it alive. Soil is poured onto the donkey from above. The donkey feels the load,shakes it off,and steps on it.More soil is poured. It shakes it off and steps up.The more the load was poured,the higher it rose.By noon, donkey was grazing in green pastures. After much shaking off (of problems)And stepping up (learning from them)One will graze in GREEN PASTURES.
