THE AFRICAN CHILD

Early in the morning the birds sing their welcoming songs to a new day and the rays of sunshine greet the new day.The African child wakes up to go to the spring to fetch some water. The water is icy cold so early in the morning. On the way back from the spring you hear chattering and singing as a group of children welcome the new day happily not minding their barefeet. When they reach home they do their early morning chores with enthusiasm. They start roasting their millies so that they will have something to eat when they go out with the cattle to the pastures. Later on they let out their cattle to go to the pastures. The children will spend the day enjoying, playing different types of games and experimenting new things. At some point you see them milking the cows and drinking their milk when they are hungry. As the sun starts to set, they start their journey back home with the cattle.Excited to be going home at last to have a proper meal and to rest.

The Only Country In The World With No River

Saudi Arabia is one of the countries in the world that does not have a river. Most of the Arabian desert is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and extends to neighbouring countries such as; Jordan, Iraq and Qatar. It is also the only country bordering the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea. You may be wondering how the soil gets its water. Saudi Arabia may not have rivers, but it does have wadis. Wadi is a dry riverbed that only contains water when it rains. Saudi Arabia relies on two sources of water, namely groundwater and water obtained from desalination plants that remove salt from seaway, Groundwater makes up 98 percent of the water sources as there are no rivers or lakes in the kingdom and there is almost no rain. Nearly 50% of drinking water comes from desalination, 10% from surface water and 40% from non-renewable groundwater extraction

Such as the Liberal Secular Brigade. The beautiful hadith of the Holy Prophet (saw) is as follows: “Fear the believer’s vision; Translation: Fear the believer’s vision, for he sees with the light of God. Maleeha shoaib

Save the lions

The vanishing lion of Africa has lost 90% of its population over the past 40 years. Its natural habitat is increasingly fragmented and trophy hunters continue to kill animals by the thousands. Sign our petition for better protection of the lion and its habitat.
