Schizophrenia is a serious and dangerous human disease.  Only those of us who are familiar with this disease can understand how serious and terrible this disease is.  A family and all members of that family suffer from this disease for the rest of their lives.  No one knows how many families are destroyed.  The saddest thing is that our society does not know much about this disease, so there is no social solidarity.  With social, family, individual and institutional cooperation, controlling this disease can save a family and many lives.  Family, social awareness and state patronage are needed for that.  .
