Team work for progress

For players to give their best,it starts with better co-operation with the manager.when there is love, respect, understanding and selflessness in a club.every player will be useful to be perfect in his position.they will develop winning spirit and that is the culture of a great team.the manager should remove an eerring player in a match and keep his records and the rest will be history .
