「京大医学部４名合格講師」による受験対策講座（１８7) 兵庫県姫路市の私立高校で、ソフトボール部顧問の男性教諭が女子生徒に平手打ちをして、顎が外れる全治1か月の大けがをさせていた問題で、学校側が会見を開き謝罪しました。 「教師が片手間で部活動の顧問をしている」 と書くと、必ず批判が舞い込む。しかし、学校で英語の指導をするには英語の「教員免許」が必要で、免許の無いものはどんなに英語が上手でも人格者でも教壇に立てないほど厳密なのです。 ところが、部活になると野球のルールを知らない野球部顧問なんてザラ。もちろん、指導方法の指導など受けたことがないので怒りに任せてビンタなんて暴力行為もまかり通る。その部活を「強制」にしているのかだからおかしい。 これは体罰ではなく暴力事件です。なのに、学校で起こったことは容疑者の名前も隠蔽される。なぜなんだろう？ Whenever I write, "Teachers are single-handedly advising club activities."
