When the clouds of grief gather and the world appears to be dreary, Remember, you are loved, and you will find your path. Take a deep breath and take a look about you. Take in the beauty that surrounds you. The birds in the trees are chirping, and the sun's rays are reaching the ground. Allow the small things to offer you delight. The scent of flowers in the garden, a child's laughing, and the warmth of the sun's beams. Take a minute to be still, and fill your heart with the hope of a better day
