By Akpan David, Calabar A former presidential aide, Obol Okoi Obono-Obla has submitted a petition to President Bola Tinubu over what he termed exploitative, criminal and very poor services by two South African firms, Multichoice Nigeria Ltd and Mobile Telephone Network (MTN).
