একবার একটি ছোট গাঁওয়ের কিছু যুবক সবাই একসাথে একটি পাহাড়ের উপরে পিকনিকে যায়। তারা সবাই ভালোভাবে সময় কাটানোর চেষ্টা করে তবে কাউকেই মনে হয়না যে দীর্ঘদিন চলে গেলে। একদিন একজন বুদ্ধিমান যুবক প্রস্তাব করলেন সবাই একসাথে কাজ করে একটি ছোট পুকুর খুদে তৈরি করতে। তারা কাজ শুরু করে একসাথে ব্যস্ত হয়ে পরদিন পুকুর সম্পূর্ণ তৈরি হয়ে গেল। সবাই পুকুরের সৌন্দর্য দেখে সংশয় করে না রেখে একটি আলোচনা শুরু করলেন কীভাবে সেই পুকুরটি বিনা কোন অর্থ খরচ করে তৈরি করা সম্ভব। অবশেষে তারা একটি সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন যে সেই পুকুর
