Most of the time, I choose not to speak about what I am going through in life because I feel like nothing will ever change with what I feel. I don't try to reach out to anyone, even on the days where I feel like I am about to give up on myself. I know that there are some people out there who want to help me, but I don't really want to be a burden to anyone. I don't like people seeing me as vulnerable or devastated.
