The Deputy Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey joined the 'People First' Governor, His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu and his dear wife, Rev. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu to attend the State's Second Solemn Assembly.

The event which had the theme: "Season of Total Recovery" took place today, Saturday, 4th November, 2023 at the Calabar International Convention Centre, Calabar.
