My name is Andongatei Glenda Ayongwe, I hold a BSc in Biochemistry. I have always had the desire to mix up chemicals to produce a solution with a double action and that's what i first defined as science which i now summarize as 'the art of creativity' so i took an elective in pharmaceutical biochemistry. After graduation, i practiced public health administration at the Home Clinic foundation since March 2025 where i understood better,  the scope of non-communicable diseases. As of September 2025 during a political lockdown in my region, i was moved out of compassion for people who couldn't make it to doctors appointments and this obsession inspired an initiative called 'A Healthier You' niched in the area of public health awareness and elaborate disclosure of the human systems as well as its direct and inverse relationships with the 3 major factors that influences one's quality of life( Feeding,  exercise and rest). Therefore, i can assure you that the discoveries we will disclose will be soooo amazing. That said, I'm using this opportunity to endorse you all to stay tuned to my die-heart articles on healthy leaving from scratch.  

Note that, our feeds not only provides tips on how to manage these health conditions but it's especially to prevent these unpleasant future "healthaches" in the younger generations.
