On this special day, I, Mr Dunamis Archibong, the Senior Special Adviser political affairs to His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, join millions of well-wishers across our beloved state and the world to celebrate a man who has shown unwavering dedication and love for the people. 

Governor Otu is not just a leader; he is a visionary who has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to ensuring that the voices and needs of the people of Cross River State are always heard and prioritized.
