Ayesha Omar was born on October 12, 1981, in Lahore, Pakistan. Raised by her mother, a single parent, Ayesha developed a strong, independent character. From a young age, she was inclined toward the performing arts. At just eight years old, she began hosting a show called "Meray Bachpan Kay Din" with Muneeza Hashmi, where she interviewed celebrities about their childhoods.

She graduated from the prestigious National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore, where she majored in painting. Her passion for theater and charity work flourished during her school years.
