Hello, so tonight I want to simply explain self acceptance. It is a very crucial topic yet less talked about, it's importance is underrated  . Let me warn you , I just learnt of it recently so don't think I'm all knowledgeable and stuff . I'm just learning , like you are right now.So what is self acceptance ?? it means being happy and comfortable with yourself, learning ur strengths and embracing your weaknesses . It sounds simple right ?? Well , it is how you make it. It takes a journey of self discovery to get here so trust me it ain't that easy .  See we all are at different levels whether in life down to our mental health. The journey is dependent on how bulky your luggage is . I don't mean actual luggage, don't get me wrong. I simply mean all the unnecessary stuff we carry every single day , that way you down and hold you back . And in order to get to that point of letting go , unburdening you have to discover yourself and accept yourself. Many young girls suffer from lack of self esteem . Our biggest problem is trying to live up to unrealistic societal and social media standards . We give negative talk a big audience that it destroys us .We r unkind to ourselves , we don't appreciate ourselves enough . And you guys to always remember, you are fine however you are and learn to self appreciate. Don't rely on external validation. You set the bar , you are the reference, wear that , be that . Always know that I got you and learn to catch yourself, there might be no one to catch you . Love you and value you . Goodnight everybody.
