FIGHTING ME

For the longest period in my "teenage hood " I often wondered maybe if I had done this better I would still be his or her friend or maybe if I didn't act a certain way I would still be in that relationship.I often put so much weight on myself for other people's mistakes which hurts even more cause there other people's mistakes and I just had a way of making them mine. Now that I begin to look back and observe other people I just realized we all usually do that it can be a child,a teenager or even an adult.Some people have found their way to work through this stage but others are still struggling with it .I won't try to type in some fancy words from Google to help you find a solution I'll try to give you some advice that helped me and is ofcourse still helping me and hopefully it will put an end to the pain that you carry that's not even yours.

Pain is not something permanent and the thing about pain is it will eat you up and drag you down with it depending on how you handle it.One best way I tend to handle my pain is by discovering my source and then overcoming it and it's so easy to blame anything for your pain but if you really want to feel better you have to sit down and really try to be honest with yourself and that's actually the first step to fighting you.

This is a tricky question and honestly I can't answer it for you because I'm not you but you can answer it for yourself. When you're going through something just take a moment and be honest with yourself and I can assure you that when you discover the source you'll surely learn something that you wouldn't want to repeat."you can only learn a lesson when you accept the mistake".

If there is one thing I have definitely learnt is that apart from God the only person who will ever truly have your back is yourself now if you lie to yourself and fail to fix your own pain with Gods help you will definitely keep breaking and it might seem all rain balls now that People are around to help you but one day the world will not be on your side what will you do then ?

Overcome you because the biggest problem in your life is not other but it's how you view yourself. Sometimes we find it difficult to blame others even when we know they are wrong because we love them  but we feel better to try and  justify their wrong doing by finding any small way to blame ourselves simply because we are scared that we might lose the friendship or the relationship but you should always ask yourself if this person is really my friend or my boyfriend or my girlfriend why should he or she get upset because I'm expressing how I feel? And if you are still scared even after asking yourself that just know your not in a healthy relationship or friendship .

The more you keep tolerating things that people may say to you or toxic behavior the less of yourself you become and the more you become what they are calling you or how they treat you .So when you ask yourself what is the source of my pain and you find out it's another person confront them about it and if they don't respect how you feel let them Go never ever let anyone make you feel less of yourself simply cause they don't respect your decision or feelings.

But in a situation where you discover you are the source of your own pain just get down on your knees and pray to the Lord about it.No one will understand you better than the one who created you there is no need to start thinking of suicide that will never prove anything but might just end up ending a journey of your life that was meant to be great but you allowed it to stop simply because you were too scared to face yourself.

As the Lord says in Joshua 1:9"have I not commanded you to be determined and confident?don't be afraid or discouraged for I the lord your God I'm with you wherever you go".
