"Return the money" President Ruto to senetor Mandago.
President Ruto has urged those accused of embezzling funds meant for parent education to return the funds. He directed his warning towards senetor Mandago and other three county officials involved.
This came a week after a young brilliant and brave lady from Uasin Gishu lectured Mandago about anti depressants which left the senetor in stitches.
The lady was very bitter indicating her disappointment towards Sen Mandago for deluding them into paying hefty amounts for further studies in Canada.
