*SUBJECT: DECLARATION OF INTEREST IN THE FORTHCOMING PMAZ-CBU STUDENTS-CHAPTER  ELECTIONS TO STAND AS ITS SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL SECRETARY (SRS)*

Greeting to you my fellow Project Managers……

 A first year Business And Project Management Student.

I am writing to formally declare my interest in standing for the position of 

*SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL SECRETATY- PMAZ CBU CHAPER.*

I strongly believe I have the necessary skills, experience and passion for sports and recreation coupled with zealousness, confidence, drive and a willingness to take and learn from divergent views. All of which I believe make me suitable for the role I am standing for.

I also possess strong organisational and communication skills, all of which are a 

 for effectively managing and coordinating 

I have experience in planning and executing events and recreational activities as I have saved in positions of similar capacity before.

For good measure, I am also very active fitness wise and regularly take part in various sporting events where possible ( track and field, Football & Basketball, Netball etc I also possess 1 or 2 dance moves 😉) Additionally, I also saved as committe member in the outgoing executive.

If you give me the opportunity so save as your 

~ To organize and overseer sports tournaments and events so as to promote the physical wellbeing, bonding and team spirit of you my Project Managers

~ Collaborate with other University associations for joint Recreational and Sports activities and events. 

~ I will encourage participation in recreational activities that provide stress relief,personal development and healthy academic-personal life balance.

~ Will create a Platform that will enable every member to voice their concern, preferences and suggestions for sports and recreational activities while making sure no one feels or is left out

~ Work closely with other executive members to align Sports and Recreation with the goals of the association

~ Engage with the COBUSU minister for sports and games and the minister for Entertainment and Recreation so that you can get the most out of every event and activity

~ Deliver and continue any Sports and Recreational activities that our beloved outgoing executives came up with.

I am confident that my dedication, passion, previous experience and clearly planned action map make me an ideal candidate for the position of SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL SECRETARY.

I am committed to make a positive contribution to PMAZ so as to add to its growth and success.
