RABIES VACCINATION IN MUMBWA DISTRICT
Mumbwa District has recorded an increase in dog-bite cases over the second quarter of the year 2023. This increase has been attributed to rabies as some confirmed cases of rabies have been recorded in two areas of the district namely Naluvwi and Kashinka areas. For this reason the district has begun a robust free rabies vaccination in the two areas of the district.
