Kelvin Atiema narrates :A friend of mine told me I can increase my Fuliza limit by Opting out and then opting in after 5 minutes. I had just paid my Fuliza and hope to Fuliza again, I did as adviced hoping that I will get enough money to bust my business. Unfortunately after following every procedure to opt out and finally opt in I realize that my limit has been reduced from 2000 to zero, Atiema pleads with Safaricom to help him recover his fulaza limits
