There are several steps you can take to reduce your fat and cholesterol levels:

 Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in your diet. Limit your intake of saturated and trans fats, which can increase cholesterol levels.

Exercise regularly: Physical activity can help lower your cholesterol levels and improve your overall health. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

Being overweight or obese can increase your cholesterol levels and put you at risk for heart disease. If you are overweight, aim to lose weight through a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Smoking can raise your cholesterol levels and increase your risk of heart disease. Quitting smoking can help lower your cholesterol levels and improve your overall health.

Limit alcohol intake: Drinking too much alcohol can increase your cholesterol levels and raise your risk of heart disease. Limit your alcohol intake to no more than one drink per day for women and two drinks per day for men.

 If your cholesterol levels are very high, your doctor may recommend medication to help lower them. Make sure to take any prescribed medication as directed.

It's important to talk to your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a history of heart disease or other health conditions.
