How to Login & Reset Passwords on MyHFT Ultipro?

Harbor Freight Tools is a privately held tools and equipment retailer that has a presence across 1400+ locations across the US. It offers easy access to its employees to access their pay stubs, benefits, work schedules, and other job-related information on its portal - 

 Ultipro login. The portal can be accessed 24/7 by Harbor Freight employees on home and public computers and smartphones. 

Employees can get all company information and arrange work schedules at any time, and from anywhere. MyHFT portal connects employees to the HR department where the latter can make requests to be reviewed by the administration. 

Employees using the portal for the first time need to register before they can access their benefits. 

·        Enter temporary password

·        Once logged in, you need to change your password. 

Note: The user ID consists of the first initial of your first name + the first initial of your last name + employee number + last 4 digits of your social security number.

The temporary password for first-time registration is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option 

Step 3. Click on the ‘Let’s Get Started’ column to reset your password. You will receive an access code to your registered email address.

Step 4. Click on the ‘Received an Access Code or Reset Link’ column and enter the access code received in your mail along with your username.

Step 5. Complete all prompts and log in again with your new credentials to reset your password. 

The MyHFT Ultipro portal gives employees a platform to view all work-related info like payroll status, manage work schedules, update personal information, and explore more job opportunities within the organization.
