Cancer is the second leading cause of death globally. an estimated death of 9.6 millions has been recorded caused by cancer as of 2020.

it has cut across communityy, houses, nations, and stratas.

cancer is a disease that develops when cells in the body divides at a faster rate than normal. this abnormal cells grows into a lump or tumor.

several factors can aid the development of cancer in the body.

smoking, and the use of tobacco products; which is the main cause of;

• An healthy lifestyle (eating high fat or sugared food)

• excercise (especially for those eating high fatty foods)

• Biological carcinogens (such as infections from bacteria, virus or parasite)

since what makes up our body is cells, anybody is prone to have cancer, irregardless of age, race, gender.

The possible signs of cancer by themselves is not enough to diagnose the disease, but they can be clues to doctors or an individual, so that treatment can be given as soon as possible.

these symptoms below don't always mean it's actually cancer, but it's important to see the doctor, so that propper actions can be taken.

• Weight loss without trying (often one of the sign that people who have cancer always notice first)

• Pain (headache that last for days and don't get better with treatment)

 that doesn't go away (usually one sign of the cancer of the lungs)

• Doing physical activities on a daily basis

• Avoiding or reducing the intake of alcohol. etc..
