Silent Tears
The tears are silent The cries are quiet The heart is numb The feet are jelly No strength to stand Drained of all energy Stripped of all dignity A shadow I have become Forgotten I am An image taken A new one filled with despair An image of sorrow and sadness A gloomy figure I have forgotten how to smile I have forgotten how to laugh A story now I am A poem been told What I lost,I couldn't retrieve MY SILENT TEARS
