CHRISTMAS GIFT

My neighbour came to my apartment this morning telling me that she is heading somewhere.

She said one of their political party leaders wanted to give them Christmas gifts and they were asked to come with persons who will also benefit. (I guess she wanted to join her and take part in the Christmas gifts 🤗).

"Okay Ma", I said as I went back to my bed because I wasn't ready to go anywhere. So she left.

In less than 30 minutes, there was a knock on my door. It was my neighbour again.

"No mind the man. E say make we carry people come say e wan share Christmas gifts. I don call the people wey go follow me go o na im I just receive call from the man."

"E say person call to tell am say people don full the venue dey wait for Christmas gifts. E say nooooooooooo! E no want crowd o".

"What was he expecting before when he said he wanted to give Christmas gifts?", I asked.

"E say make I just come collect my own for him place jeje", she said.

"I reach there nah, nah one rubber of rice he carry give me". I get money pass am! She vented! .

I tried not to laugh but I couldn't hold it 🤣🤣🤣

Now the persons she called are calling her on the phone to know how far with the Christmas gifts.

"The man no do anything again o! He say e no want crowd..." 🤣🤣🤣

On a more serious note, when you tell people to come for Christmas gifts in this economy what are expecting; two or three persons?

For free suntin, no try my country people o! Na one person go call another, wey go call another, wey go call anothe, before you know, people go full ground! 🤣🤣🤣
